We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not unhappy with your goods, we will exchange or refund them within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are in their original condition.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
