Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please go to your account orders page or contact our customer support immediately.

1. Before Dispatch

If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and refund the full amount.

2. After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return process.
